Araz Dam Kabir Company was officially established in February 2015, though the idea behind its founding dates back several months earlier. In 2010, Mr. Pouria Kabiran, after engaging in several non-agricultural ventures such as importing and distributing medical equipment and home appliances, joined a well-established poultry production company as the operations manager. Within a year, he initiated the production and sales of poultry feed concentrates, achieving significant nationwide success.

Despite the growing profitability and a successful three-year collaboration, differences in future goals and production strategies with the CEO of that company led to the decision to establish Araz Dam Kabir.

The company began its journey by producing broiler poultry feed concentrates and vitamin-mineral supplements under the brand names Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, Omega, Kappa, and Penta. In 2015, the product range expanded to include feed and supplements for laying hens of various breeds, followed shortly by formulations for turkeys, quails, and other poultry species. In response to market demand for high-quality oils, the Baraz Oil brand was registered to produce blended vegetable oils. Under the same brand, ionized crude oil was also introduced to the market.

In the same year, the livestock division of the company was launched, producing a variety of concentrates, premixes, starters, and supplements for both small and large ruminants.

By 2017, with the poultry and livestock product lines fully developed — and driven by the CEO's personal passion for horses and equestrianism — the Phantom brand was established to fill the gap of a strong domestic equine nutrition brand. Research and development began, and soon the first products were released. Positive feedback from the market led to the formation of a dedicated department within the company. Today, the equine division produces more than 20 products, including supplements, oils, milk replacers, probiotics, and syrups. Two years after launching this division, the company further expanded its efforts under the Phantom brand by acquiring high-genetic-value mares from Holsteiner and Oldenburg bloodlines to breed premium sport foals. As a result, the company now owns a collection of show-jumping foals of various ages, some of which are already competing.

In 2018, Araz Protein Kabir was founded to produce and distribute protein products.

In 2020, recognizing the market's need for a specialized digital ecosystem, Araz Dam Kabir's parent company established Morghabi Informatics Processor Co. after extensive research and consultations with stakeholders in the livestock and poultry industries. Operating under the Morghabi brand, the company launched a comprehensive digital platform covering the livestock, poultry, aquaculture, agriculture, equine, pet, and beekeeping sectors. The platform aims to provide a seamless online marketplace, expert consultations, and direct connections between producers and consumers.

Currently, the company's major project involves building a 13,000-square-meter production facility with four independent production lines in the Garmsar Industrial Park. This facility will focus on innovative products, including pet food and other animal care products. As of March 2025, construction progress has reached 40%.
